Title: Sagitec Developer
Location: Remote, must work PST business hours
Duration:12 month contract
Description:
The Sagitec Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions within our clients' Sagitec Neospin platform. You will be required to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the system meets the organization's needs efficiently and effectively. Additionally, as a Sagitec developer, you will troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and stay updated on industry best practices to continuously enhance the platforms functionality and usability.
What You Will Do:

  • Develop and customize solutions within the Sagitec Neospin platform to meet the specific needs of the client.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Sagitec Neospin configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sagitec Neospin functionality, data integrity, and performance.
  • Maintain and support existing Sagitec Neospin configurations, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
  • Implement best practices for Sagitec Neospin development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes and standards.
  • Stay updates on Sagitec Neospin platform updates, patches, and new features, and assess their impact on existing implementations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders regarding Sagitec related projects and initiatives.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and processes related to Sagitec Neospin development and maintenance.
  • Assist Sagitec Neospin system upgrades.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

You Will Be Successful If:

  • Strong understanding of the Sagitec Neospin Pension management system including its architecture, data models, and configuration tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .Net, MVC, MVVM, Microsoft Workflow, Strong SQL skills, JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery.
  • Familiarity with Pension processes, regulations, and terminology.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements, identify potential challenges, and devise effective solutions within a Sagitec Neospin environment
  • Impeccable problem-solving skills, adept at troubleshooting issues, debugging code, and resolving technical challenges efficiently.
  • High level of attention to detail when configuring the system, testing functionalities, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Consultant level communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and conveying technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, evolving technologies, and updates to the Sagitec platform.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features of the Sagitec platform.
  • Ability to prioritize the client's needs to deliver essential solutions that effectively meet their business requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sagitec Neospin Development
  • Experience with Sagitec Neospin v6.0 or above required
  • Experience of the Sagitec Neospin Pension domain including Provident Fund, Retirement or Unemployment domains, etc.
  • SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS experience specific to Sagitec.
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server including database development, SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and triggers.
  • Ability to design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code in C#, .Net, MVC, MVVM, Microsoft Workflow, JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience in building/testing REST webservices.
  • Ability to design and create Power BI reports and dashboards.
