Job Description:

• We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored for our Advice and Wealth Management business.
• This role will be instrumental in aligning technology with business strategy, enhancing advisor and client experiences, and driving digital transformation across our wealth platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and related modules) for wealth management use cases and advisor journeys.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions integrating Dynamics with financial planning tools, portfolimanagement systems, and client portals.
• Define data models, workflows, and automation strategies tsupport advisor-client interactions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business leaders, product managers, and financial advisors tgather requirements and translate them inttechnical solutions.
• Work closely with enterprise architects, data teams, and integration specialists tensure seamless connectivity across platforms.

Implementation & Governance

• Oversee Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and deployment.
• Establish best practices for development, testing, and release management.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and internal governance standards.

Innovation & Optimization

• Evaluate emerging Dynamics features and third-party solutions tenhance advisor productivity and client engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning, user feedback, and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in CRM architecture, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deep understanding of wealth management workflows, financial planning, and client lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Azure services, and data integration tools.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services (e.g., SEC, FINRA).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms in financial services.
• Familiarity with financial planning tools (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and portfolimanagement systems.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
