Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Eastern Iowa. In this role, you will lead critical projects by coordinating schedules, managing resources, and ensuring successful outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Collaborate with the Director of Technology and rest of company and department heads to define goals for projects and align them priorities for the company

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate issues.

Prepare detailed documentation and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and execute action plans tailored to customer needs and project requirements.

Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment at every stage of the project.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuously improve project processes.

Utilize tools such as Relativity for effective project management and documentation.

Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and key milestones.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Experience with document coding and tools such as Relativity.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
