Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Financial

Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $142,000 - $152,000 + 10% Bonus

Join a fast-growing data infrastructure company that powers some of the world's most innovative organizations. We're seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the optimization and enhancement of financial systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Finance systems, including NetSuite modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Revenue.


• Partner with Finance leadership to identify system needs and design scalable, high-performance solutions.


• Lead projects from discovery through implementation, including system testing and user training.


• Evaluate current processes to identify automation opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve data accuracy.


• Support integrations with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury).


• Ensure compliance with ITand SOX, maintaining strong data governance practices.


• Create documentation, training materials, and provide post-implementation support.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience, particularly within finance modules.


• Proven ability to analyze financial workflows and implement ERP solutions.


• Experience supporting financial close, audits, and regulatory compliance cycles.


• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and real estate development finance is highly preferred.


• Solid understanding of IT controls and change management best practices.


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
