Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain robust systems that support business operations and ensure optimal performance. This position requires a strong technical background and expertise in various technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and maintain systems utilizing Cisco, Citrix, and cloud-based technologies.
Oversee the implementation and management of AWS and backup solutions to ensure data security and accessibility.
Perform routine system monitoring and troubleshooting to optimize performance and resolve technical issues.
Design and implement automation processes to streamline operations and enhance system efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dell EMC technologies into existing infrastructure.
Manage Active Directory environments, including user access and security configurations.
Conduct AB testing to evaluate system updates and new technology implementations.
Provide technical support and guidance to teams on best practices for system usage and maintenance.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain accurate records.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system capabilities.

Requirements

Proven experience with Cisco and Citrix technologies in a detail-oriented environment.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, and backup solutions.
Hands-on experience with Dell EMC and Dell technologies.
Proficiency in Active Directory management and security configurations.
Familiarity with automation processes and tools.
Ability to perform AB testing and analyze results effectively.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
