Job Description Summary
The successful candidate will be part of the systems engineering team and will work closely with a larger inter-disciplinary R&D team to deliver automated adherence medication packaging instrumentation for use in pharmacy settings.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform system testing and characterizations to verify system requirements and understand system performance.
  • Execute test protocols, with guidance, and acquire knowledge required to independently run tests.
  • Complete necessary documents as part of the quality managements system.
  • Analyse results, document findings, and relay results to systems team, as well as wider R&D team.
  • Work with wider teams to develop test procedures based on documented requirements.
  • Work with product owner and systems team to decompose and refine system and sub system level requirements.

Professional Skills & Key Competencies
  • Working towards qualifications in the field of science or engineering.
  • A strong technical background.
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience of working in a collaborative engineering environment.

Education Qualifications & Previous Experience:
  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior

Desired/Additional Skills & Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with systems engineering processes.
