Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a proven track record of implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and design SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
• Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) and external systems.
• Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of financial and controlling business processes.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, PC, COPA).
• Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (if applicable) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
