**Hybrid | Englewood, CO**

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer IV to join our client's Information Technology (IT) Team. This role is part of a DevOps support team within the group responsible for operations related to mobile network Backoffice systems. The team handles production support and customer-related issues, particularly focusing on mobile networking and mediation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile networks, particularly 5G, and DevOps skills.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on VMWare Platform.
  • Ability to build and setup on prem infrastructure using MorpheNebula tools
  • Design and maintain automated deployment systems.
  • Recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability.
  • Support development and maintenance of CI/CD processes for application deployments.
  • Develop and maintain observability solutions using Datadog and integrate them with our AWS and on prem infrastructure.
  • Create insightful and actionable dashboards in Datadog for application performance, infrastructure health, and security metrics.
  • Responsible for Deployment and Troubleshooting in 5G core nodes such as UDM, PCF, SMF and CHF for charging.
  • Must troubleshoot on Billing and Real time rating engine.
  • Has experience on Mediation platform for metering, data normalization.
  • Managing periodic reporting on project progress to the management, stakeholders, and customers
  • Promote and build automated processes wherever feasible
  • Perform incident management and root cause analysis.

Experience Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
  • Proficient with Git, Ansible.
  • Proficient with scripting languages.
  • Has hands on Experience in AWS, VMWare, K8
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • 10-12 years is preferred; 6-8 years with proper mobile background.
  • Strong working knowledge on 5G core, Billing and Mediation (Amdocs/Ericsson).

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
