RESPONSIBILITIES:
Are you passionate about building products that make a difference? Kforce is looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Owner to lead the charge in delivering impactful digital solutions in Acton, MA. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and UX experts to shape product vision, manage backlogs, and ensure seamless execution across sprints.
Key Tasks:
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories
* Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals
* Partner with UI/UX and QA teams to ensure customer-centric, high-quality delivery
* Drive Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
* Act as the go-to expert for your product, guiding cross-functional teams
* Support GxP validation and risk assessment activities
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree and 3+ years as a Product Owner in Agile environments
* Experience with SFDC CRM, Communities, Drupal, and Marketing Cloud preferred
* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro
* A passion for continuous improvement and empowering teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
