Job Summary
As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our multi-site RF&M business. This position collaborates closely with the plant's leadership to drive employee engagement, organizational development, and ensure our HR solutions are practical and scalable. A strong presence on the production floor, combined with data-driven insights and a passion for people, makes this role a key player in our business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, or a related field, with a master s degree preferred
- 8 to 10 years of progressive HR management experience
- Specific experience dealing with a multi-site, multi-state manufacturing organization (2-MA, CA & MX)
- Extensive experience in human resources with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices
- Experience negotiating union contracts
- Demonstrated success in managing employee performance and driving succession planning initiatives, resulting in stronger talent pipelines, improved leadership readiness, and increased organizational bench strength.
- Experience leading HR compliance efforts, minimizing risk, and ensuring 100% audit readiness through rigorous process controls and employee training
- Experience overseeing and maintaining a comprehensive Drug-Free Workplace Program, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while promoting a safe and productive work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced situations
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
