Senior Pega Decisioning Architect
Job Details
A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Pega Decisioning Architect (CDH Support) for our client in the McLean, Virginia area.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and enhance CDH decisioning solutions.
- Guide decisioning strategy, and ensure scalable delivery of real-time customer decisioning capabilities.
- Lead strategy design workshops and guide best practices.
- Oversee deployment governance, version control, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with analytics and modeling teams to align technical and business strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex CDH issues and coach junior developers.
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of Pega experience with deep CDH decisioning expertise.
- Strong experience designing enterprise decisioning architectures, data flows, and governance frameworks.
- Expert-level knowledge of NBA/NBO design, adaptive models, predictions, and arbitration.
- Experience mentoring and reviewing technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Desired:
- PCDC required; CSSA or LSA strongly preferred.
- Financial services or marketing decisioning experience.
