We are seeking an Associate Scientist to support an In Vivo Pharmacology team, with a focus on ex vivo immune profiling from mouse studies. This role plays a key part in generating mechanistic insights for preclinical CAR-T cell programs, working closely with cross-functional scientific teams.
Key Responsibilities-
Perform ex vivo immune characterization (cell expansion, phenotype, activation/exhaustion markers) from blood samples collected in mouse studies

Process and analyze samples using multi-color flow cytometry, molecular biology, and related analytical techniques

Assess tumor antigen expression on cell lines via flow cytometry to support in vivo studies

Analyze and interpret data using FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, and BD FACSDiva

Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to project and department meetings

Maintain high-quality documentation using electronic lab notebooks (e.g., Benchling)

Master's Degree + 2 years of scientific experience OR
-
Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of scientific experience OR
-
Associate Degree + 5 years of scientific experience OR
-
High School Diploma + 6 years of scientific experience

BS or MS in Biology, Immunology, or related discipline

3+ years of hands-on experience with multi-color flow cytometry

Immunology background with experience analyzing human immune cell populations

Experience with complex fluorochrome-conjugated antibody panels

Proficiency with FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, and BD FACSDiva

Exposure to molecular biology techniques such as ddPCR

Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment
