Description
Help Desk role. Customer facing
As a Technology Support Center Practitioner, you'll be responsible for 24/7 Internet Application & Distributed Server monitoring, support for Middleware, Windows, & Linux servers. You'll have the opportunity to deploy code for application code moves and provide Level 1 Cloud Enablement support for the entire company.
This is M-F 11am-8pm work day. No on-call
This team is operating more from a coverage perspective than volume perspective. No 'regular' type of ticket because all the custom from the apps they deal with.
Current on team said:
Really good customer service and knowing what other teams to engage
Takes tickets, calls, chats, headset/audio settings
--Call center agents call into them. Lots of password resets
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Would take 3+ years if absolute amazing personality but really wanting to see 5+ years
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
