Oracle Cloud Testing Manager

Company Overview
Join a leading public energy company implementing a comprehensive Oracle Cloud transformation, including Financials, SCM, and EPM modules. We're migrating from D365 F&O with 50-100 integrations and partnering with Deloitte for a February 2026 go-live.
Position Summary
We're seeking a hands-on Testing Manager to lead our Oracle Cloud testing phases through SIT and UAT. This role requires someone equally comfortable executing tests and building strategic testing frameworks in a SOX-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end testing strategy for Oracle Cloud Financials, SCM, and EPM implementations
  • Manage and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Oversee testing of 50-100 system integrations migrating from D365 F&O
  • Ensure SOX compliance throughout all testing phases and controls validation
  • Utilize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for test automation and deployment
  • Collaborate with Deloitte implementation team and internal stakeholders
  • Develop test plans, cases, and scripts while maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • Hands-on test execution alongside strategic planning and team leadership
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams and business units
  • Manage defect resolution and risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years Oracle Cloud implementation experience (Financials, SCM, EPM)
  • Strong background in SOX-regulated environments and compliance testing
  • Experience with D365 F&O migrations preferred
  • Hands-on testing experience with large-scale ERP implementations
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience managing 50+ system integrations
  • Proven track record leading SIT and UAT phases
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Energy industry experience
  • Previous work with Deloitte or Big 4 consulting firms
  • Oracle Cloud certifications
  • Experience with public company implementations
  • Background in regulatory compliance (SOX, FERC, etc.)
