Position: Scrum Master & Agile Coach
Location: Atlanta, GA 30308 (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite)
Duration: 8 Months (Contract)

Role Overview:
Coach and mentor IT Team Leads on Scrum & Kanban practices
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Guide teams in managing and prioritizing backlogs aligned with IT leadership priorities
Help identify and remove impediments/blockers and improve team productivity
Foster collaboration between Scrum and Kanban teams to support incremental delivery
Document best practices, working agreements, and Agile processes

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years working with Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban)
Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow (ITSM & Agile), MS Teams, and Office 365
Solid knowledge of both Scrum & Kanban methodologies
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs
Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent) Mandatory
Local to Atlanta, GA or willing to work onsite 2 3 days/week
5+ years working with Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban)
Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow (ITSM & Agile), MS Teams, and Office 365
