Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of AWS Cloud Infrastructure expertise with hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, ECS, EC2, DynamoDB, and RDS
• 5+ years of experience in Observability and Reliability Engineering at a Corporate level implementing monitoring, alerting, and reporting frameworks using SLOs and KPIs to ensure system health and performance.
• 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration and reduction of operational overhead

Duties:

• Will help drive best practices and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) adoption across Pharmacy Technology Tech Wellness Program Help with Observability, Monitoring, Alerting Reporting (SLOs, KPIs) Modernizing Tech Platforms Mentoring, Guiding teams.
• Design and implement robust observability frameworks, including monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions. Define and track key metrics such as Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure system health and performance.
• Develop intelligent alerting mechanisms and reporting dashboards to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and infrastructure, leveraging cloud-native technologies, containerization, and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
