Join our dynamic eCommerce Product Team as a Product Manager II, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the Loyalty Program user experience across mobile apps and web platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically adept and collaborative individual to drive customer-centric experiences in a high-scale eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of a cross-functional engineering team to improve Loyalty UX on app and web platforms.
  • Create and refine user stories that are actionable and detailed for developers.
  • Manage a prioritized backlog and facilitate regular sprint planning to ensure delivery velocity.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to iterate on wireframes and validate usability using tools like Figma.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, QA, analytics, and stakeholders to align on goals and milestones.
  • Coordinate and monitor UAT testing and launch readiness for successful feature rollouts.

Skills

  • Strong experience in agile environments with the ability to write crisp user stories.
  • Proficiency in managing backlogs with precision and leading delivery operations.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with UX designers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate updates, risks, and trade-offs clearly across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Direct experience with loyalty programs is preferred.
  • Strong background in eCommerce environments and UX collaboration.
