Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Grand Prairie, Texas
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to contribute to the development of advanced missile seeker software. This role involves full lifecycle software development using C/C++ on VxWorks/Linux platforms, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and formal qualification testing.

Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Grand Prairie, Texas
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to contribute to the development of advanced missile seeker software. This role involves full lifecycle software development using C/C++ on VxWorks/Linux platforms, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and formal qualification testing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience:
- 6+ years of embedded software development in C/C++ on VxWorks/Linux
- 6+ years working with multi-core processors (e.g., LS1046A, Zynq SoC)
- 6+ years of algorithm development (e.g., target detection and tracking)
- 4+ years of experience with communication protocols: MUX, Serial, I2C, 1553
- 3+ years of experience in Agile Scrum environments, including CI/CD and DevOps practices
- 3+ years of experience with tools such as Doxygen, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Parasoft
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Ada programming language
- Experience using Cameo for model-based systems engineering
- Exposure to software subcontract management
- Proficiency with CMake and build system configuration
Work Environment:
- Full-time onsite role in Grand Prairie, TX
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10 hours/day
