Senior Workato Engineer (Full-Time)

Role overview

DynPro is expanding its Workato automation and integration practice. We are looking for a Senior Workato Engineer who can build reliable, scalable integrations and business automations across enterprise SaaS systems. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with ownership from design through build, testing, deployment, and production support.

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize Workato recipes using event-driven and scheduled patterns.
• Develop and maintain integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Jira/Atlassian, SAP, Snowflake, and common API-based systems.
• Implement robust error handling, retries, alerting, and job monitoring to support production-grade automation.
• Perform data mapping, transformations, and enrichment across multi-application workflows.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Support release planning and environment management across dev/test/prod.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and integration failures with root-cause analysis and clear documentation.
• Contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and best practices within the Workato practice.

Must-have qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building Workato automations in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication (OAuth 2.0, token-based), and integration patterns.
• Experience integrating at least 2 3 major enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Ability to independently own build-and-support cycles with high attention to reliability and security.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with globally distributed teams.

Nice-to-have

• Prior experience with other iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, Tray.io, Celigo).
• Workato certifications (Automation Pro levels, etc.).
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT, or analytics integrations.
