Join our dynamic team as a Global Sustainability Data Inventory Manager, where you'll lead the charge in managing and reporting sustainability data with precision and innovation. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure data integrity across global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee global sustainability data inventories for various reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Integrate sustainability data into strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and modeling.
  • Act as a key liaison between IT, engineering, and other stakeholders to develop effective sustainability data management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability reporting requirements and coordinate with auditors for assurance of metrics and disclosures.
  • Foster collaboration between sustainability teams and lead strategic meetings to monitor project progress.
  • Advance sustainability data collection to align with financial reporting standards and automate processes for consistency.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sustainability data reporting and disclosure for 2-3 years.
  • Strong understanding of global sustainability regulations and data management practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to embed data into strategic execution.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, though not required.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and auditing processes.
