Title: IT Change Management Automation Engineer
Location: remote
Duration: Initial 6 months contract with extensions

Position Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled and automation-driven IT Change Management Automation Engineer to help us transform change management practices through intelligent automation and seamless tool integrations.

Key Responsibilities
* Consult with IT engineering teams to ensure high quality automation integrations with IT Change Management practices
* Develop scripts and playbooks to automate infrastructure changes and deployments triggered by approved change requests.
* Ensure automated deployments are compliant with change policies and auditable through ServiceNow

Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in an enterprise IT organization
* Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
* Experience with IT automation platforms and system integrations
* Understanding of IT Service Management practices

Preferred Skills
* ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification.
* Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible or Azure DevOps
* Proficiency in Ansible for infrastructure automation or Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration.
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Change Management module.
* Experience with REST APIs and webhooks for tool integrations.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
* Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
