Job Details
Title: Digital Product Manager for Personalization Foundational Tech Scrum
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6+ months contract
Objectives of this role:
- Support the implementation of key Marketing Sales Platform capabilities that empower personalized marketing across multiple channels including secure session, public site, branch, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with Product Management, line of business (LOB) partners, Product Owners, and Technology teams to deliver solutions via Agile methodology.
- Leverage technical aptitude to build credibility and drive collaboration in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Integrate and leverage Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to enhance customer engagement and decision-making processes.
- Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- 4+ years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience.
- Lead or participate in complex functions within the digital environment.
- Utilize Pega CDH to drive personalized customer interactions and optimize marketing strategies.
