Terms: 3-6 months Contract [W2 or C2C with a personal LLC]

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Workforce Developer to fulfill an immediate vacancy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Workforce Software development and maintenance support to include configuration and testing for both enhancements and defects as required by business needs. Development/configuration will be updated in various Workforce environments and resource will be responsible for moving/migrating defects through the lifecycle of the requests from development environment all the way through to production.
• Develop/configure new Workforce interface requests both inbound and outbound and maintain/update current Workforce interfaces as business needs change.
• Develop/configure new Workforce custom report requests and update existing custom reports as business needs change.
• Resource will be responsible for performing and documenting functional testing as needed including but not limited to unit testing, regression testing, interface testing and integration testing.
• Gather and confirm business requirements as needed which may include the creation or update of various business requirements documents and interface functional/technical specifications.
• Adhere to change management processes and policies including but not limited to creation of configuration and unit testing documentation, obtain any necessary UAT documentation and approvals for moves to production, attend any change advisory board meetings/sessions and capture migration compare documents.
• Resource will work with our Client s ticketing software and processes to create and update various tickets including incidents, enhancements, service requests and change requests.
• Resource will work with our Client s agile methodology and software to plan and execute work through iterative development and value delivery.

Immediate start; full time 3-6 month W2 contract engagement.
