Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise Java development and architecture. - 5+ years of experience in the BFSI domain (banking, financial services, insurance, or fintech). - Deep hands-on expertise in Java (8-17), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and REST API development. - Strong understanding of microservices patterns, circuit breakers, service discovery, and asynchronous messaging. - Solid experience with relational (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. - Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with U.S. payment networks (ACH, FedNow, SWIFT, RTP). - Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks like SOX, FFIEC, SOC 2, and PCI DSS. - Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Oracle Certified Java Architect, or CKAD. - Previous work in U.S.-based enterprise architecture roles or for BFSI clients/partners.
