Lack of clear schema and table definitions from previous archival efforts.
Missing key relationships and constraints in current SQL Server tables.
Manual data mapping and reporting due to poor data structure.

Proficiency in InterSystems IRIS, including Cach and IRIS versions.
Expertise in handling global arrays and hierarchical key-value structures.
Familiarity with MUMPS file types: Global Storage, Global Array, SQLite/ Embedded, Source/ Config, Backup/ Journal, InterSystems Cache/ IRIS.
Strong SQL Server skills for data loading, validation, and schema design.
Experience with healthcare data identification, schema/ field-level data mapping, transformation, and compliance.
Job Duties:
Ensure 99% accuracy in extracting legacy data from MEDITECH MUMPS systems.
Validate data loads with 99% match in record counts and financial totals across environments.
Deliver a functional prototype of the archival application.
Development of the automation tool to support data unload/ load workflows.
Schema mapping of unknown MEDITECH tables and structures.
Reduce manual data mapping effort through automation and tool development.
Integrate the archival solution with various healthcare platforms, ensuring cross-system compatibility.
Produce technical documentation covering workflows, schema mappings, and validation processes.
Data Investigation & Mapping Responsibilities:
Identify and verify missing data elements in MEDITECH tables and columns.
Determine root causes for missing data and provide retrieval options.
Assist in locating and identifying data elements that are not actually missing.
Provide guidance on understanding data structure relationships.
Support SQL logic development to retrieve complex data elements accurately.
Project Governance & Engagement:
Remotely attend all scheduled project status calls.
Participate in working sessions to identify and remediate data discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
