This position is needed to support the People Insight team by helping design build and test AI agents for people-related projects. As an AI Engineer Contractor within the People Insight team you will assist in designing developing and testing AI agents focused on enhancing people-related projects and insights. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams you will contribute to building intelligent systems that improve HR processes employee experience and organizational understanding. This role offers the chance to work on impactful AI solutions in the people analytics domain within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
In this role you'll:
- Assist in designing building and testing AI agents focused on people-related projects within the People Insight team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that improve HR and employee experience functions.
- Help design and optimize AI agent architectures to enhance performance and scalability.
- Contribute to documentation and best practices for AI agent development and deployment.
- Monitor AI agent performance and assist in iterative improvements based on feedback and metrics.

Required:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering AI or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience designing building and testing AI agents or intelligent systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI Playground.
- Experience with architecture design and optimization for AI agents or similar technologies.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms natural language processing and reinforcement learning principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting processes and collaborating with stakeholders.
Desired:
- Masters degree or higher in AI Machine Learning Data Science or related fields.
- Experience working with people analytics or HR-related AI projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform for AI deployment.
- Knowledge of conversational AI and chatbot frameworks.
- Experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
- Understanding of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI.
- Experience collaborating in Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Strong ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
