Easement & Real Estate Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager to join a leading global technology firm's team focused on cloud infrastructure. This is a crucial role in the development of new data centers, where you will manage and secure the necessary real estate and utility easements. You will be instrumental in leading cross-functional efforts, negotiating with external stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of key projects. This is a fully remote position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects.

Lead cross-team efforts to secure easements for utilities (power, water, fiber).

Negotiate with landowners and manage external suppliers.

Mitigate stakeholder risks and support site selection.

Oversee legal workflows for easement agreements.

Maintain documentation flow to meet project deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

5+ years of experience in infrastructure real estate and Right-of-Way easement negotiation.

Proven ability to solve problems and engage with stakeholders effectively.

Experience with contracts, legal coordination, and research.

Proficiency in standard office tools.
