Job Details
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in software development (Java/Spring Boot)
- 2+ years hands-on with Generative AI prompt engineering
- 2+ years working on Kore.AI or similar chatbot platforms
- Experience integrating AI with IVR systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of chatbot design and conversational flows
