Senior BI Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Senior BI Analyst to join their team in East Longmeadow, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance metrics
* The Senior BI Analyst will conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to supply chain operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain planning, forecasting, and inventory management
* Lead the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions to enhance supply chain decision-making
* Support the management team with ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and project management related to supply chain initiatives
* The Senior BI Analyst will contribute to the development of predictive models and analytics to optimize supply chain processes
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all supply chain reporting and analytics

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably within a supply chain context
* Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
* Familiarity with data visualization tools
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis programming languages is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
