Job Description

Title: Calypso BA

Location: New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA

  • Should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework (SAFe), with all its artifacts and techniques.
    Need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with mind set on deliverables.


Responsibilities:

Collaborates with global partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy,

features, and prioritization.
Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
Manage the product development team to create a strong end product
Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

Requirements:

Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated

testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (SAFe, Kanban)
Excellent communication - both written and verbal with emphasis on Documentations
Problem-solving and Outstanding organizational skills
Experience in Agile Metrics
Product Owner certification is a plus
Ideal role - SAFe PO/PM
Should have experience conducting Agile ceremonies like - Planning, Grooming
Experience with WSJF for User Story prioritization
Experience with Portfolio Iteration planning

  • Calypso Product Knowledge
    Knowledge of Clearing, Commodity module and recon tool is must.-Should have domain knowledge related to

banking finance & Derivatives

  • Experience on working in Agile methodology
