Adobe Technology Services (ATS) organization is an innovator at the heart of the enterprise that

enable customers and employees to win through our frictionless execution. The product

management team within the Business Capability Design & Delivery (BCDD) organization

provides innovative, scalable, end-to-end business capability product management and delivers

results to our stakeholder groups.

We are looking for a passionate product manager who is obsessed with details, well-versed in

solving problems, and skilled at business information systems. We'll need you to develop cost-

based strategies and help create new capabilities, while optimizing workflows and identifying

next-level market opportunities. You can spot problems before they steamroll and create

solutions that will assist us in moving forward. As a team member in this role, it's also important

for you to act as a liaison between departments-especially between management and tech

staff-as you build strategic solutions that help us meet our business objectives, improve

efficiency, and offer cost-effective opportunities that can be used company wide.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer

needs, ensuring timely delivery of features.

Collaborate with business stakeholder teams to identify gaps, gather requirements, and

design solutions.

Work with design team(s) to build simple & intuitive user experiences for the product

features and various engineering teams through feature development across systems like

SAP, D365, Cloud services and Salesforce.

Partner with Architecture, Engineering and program managers to define and drive

success for the business. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to measure product success

and identify areas for improvement.

Encourage a culture of innovation within the team, exploring new technologies and

methodologies to enhance product offerings.

What you need to succeed

Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent practical experience

You are a self-starter, independent, hard worker, with a high degree of motivation to go

above and beyond the task at hand. You anticipate and creatively implement next steps

in a complex environment

You have mastered the ability to influence outcomes, navigate, mediate to consensus

with integrity. You possess great interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and

social skills and a solid sense of humor.

Requirement writing skills: collecting, prioritizing, and gathering input from multiple

sources, providing accurate requirements with attention to detail

You already know or can rapidly learn enterprise application capabilities in order to

deliver transaction and event-driven data solutions (examples: SAP, MS Dynamics,

Adobe's Experience Platform and similar marketing tools, ADLS/Hadoop/Databricks,

Kafka streams)

Nice to have: strong proficiency in SQL/SparkSQL/Python to query and manipulate large

data sets. Experience with platforms like Databricks, Power BI and Tableau.
