Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end gateway and teleport site acquisition, from site identification through commercial closure and site readiness
Leverage established relationships with teleport providers, data centers, utilities, and infrastructure partners
Oversee zoning, permitting, and regulatory approvals for gateway deployments
Ensure availability and compliance of transport, power, redundancy, and resilience requirements
Collaborate with engineering, construction, legal, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery
Lead commercial negotiations, including leases, SLAs, pricing, and long-term agreements
Manage schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Drive execution with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach to meet aggressive timelines

Required Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of experience in telecom infrastructure, gateway/teleport site acquisition and Delivery , or similar roles
Proven success delivering complex site acquisition projects in regulated environments
Strong understanding of telecom and critical infrastructure requirements, including zoning, permitting, transport, and power
Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations and vendor management
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience with satellite gateway infrastructure, private networks, or carrier-grade deployments
Prior work with global or multi-region programs
Familiarity with data center and teleport operations
