Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam, Fanuc, and Mazak software.
• Create and revise geometrical dimensions and tolerances according to blueprints and engineering plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machine processes.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate CNC programming solutions.
• Implement and monitor safety standards and procedures in line with company regulations.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze and select appropriate tooling and fixturing for each CNC program.
• Continuously improve and update CNC programs to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Provide technical support and training to machine operators and other staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Mastercam.
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls is a plus
• Knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
