Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked - and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

As a member of the Hardware Design Verification (HDV) team, responsibilities will include executing automated RF test and measurement systems for testing and characterization of complex military communication/networking equipment. In addition, the position will include collaboration with scientists, engineers, and management to analyze test data, generate visualizations, and create reports.

Essential Functions:

  • Execute Hardware Validation tests
  • Review test results, compile test reports and communicate with internal customers
  • Consult with electrical engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate measurement techniques and corresponding measurement data as they relate to operational performance requirements of new products
  • Organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets from varying sources using automation where feasible. Develop reports from this data to represent and communicate product performance
  • Positive attitude, openness to new ideas, willingness to learn new tools

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 4 years prior experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • RF and baseband test and measurement experience. Familiarity with test equipment such as: Spectrum/Network analyzers, Power Meters, DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Audio analyzers
  • Experience with RS-232, Ethernet, USB, TCP/IP
  • Networking and Radio communication system experience desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Test and Measurement Experience

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $30.53 - $56.49. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
