How You Will Achieve It

This customer-focused, energetic, and critical thinker will operate as the liaison to Global Biometrics and Data Management (GBDM).

As an expert and advisor to GBDM and Analytics and Reporting, you will be the primary point of contact in the Pfizer Digital organization for GBDM. The Client Partner will be responsible for all Digital strategy and planning related to GBDM/A&R, including partnering with leaders in clinical to evolve and deliver new digital technologies to advance Pfizer's Patient First strategy. This colleague will work in a matrix environment with partners in Digital and Clinical to develop innovative solutions to advance complex problems.

This role owns the accountability for business engagement, partnership, and technology enablement to deliver clinical development portfolio; build new and industry-leading capabilities to optimize clinical trial systems and processes; innovate future ecosystem to achieve business vision of being the best in the industry.
  • Primary Digital point of contact Global Biometrics and Data Management (GBDM), and advise on digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities, and internal Digital capabilities.
  • Lead Digital strategy and road map creation in partnership with GMDM management to meet key objectives.
  • Be a proactive thought leader with GBDM Management stakeholders and appropriate Digital groups to manage the successful execution of the strategy including solution delivery, business adoption and business case achievement.
  • Partner with other Digital organizations to identify innovative technology opportunities that can be leveraged to advance clinical priorities.
  • Prepare and manage annual Digital budget for GBDM's business domain with input from appropriate Digital groups.
  • Provide oversight and coaching to Business Analysts that support the GBDM business domain.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, bioinformatics, or related engineering/scientific field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles in technology-based organizations or as a Business Lead for technology programs
  • Prior experience with clinical operational data management and reporting is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in setting technology-oriented strategic direction
  • Experience leading the delivery of IT and Data Management projects in biotech /pharma utilizing Agile Development methodologies.
  • Domain experience in managing clinical trial data management, analysis and reporting in support of a clinical development function.
  • Strong customer and executive relationship management skills and experience.
  • Exposure to Product Management and Agile Development methodologies
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams.
  • Financial acumen in digital delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS.
  • Data Science experience performing analysis on clinical data management and reporting capabilities & projects.
  • Proficiency in performing business analysis on IT projects.
  • Experience participating in audits and inspections.
  • Understanding of the system development life cycle, computer system validation and GxP requirements

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,500.00 to $175,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
