Detailed Job Description

1. 10+ years of overall SAP SD experience covering end-to-end configurations.
2. Hands-on experience with SAP SD rebates and S/4 Settlement Management, including OTC processes.
3. Configure and implement SAP Settlement Management modules, ensuring seamless integration with SD, FI, MM, and other modules.
4. Handle settlement of rebates, external/internal commissions, royalties, and other business-specific settlements.
5. Experience in at least 2 S/4 HANA implementations in SD/OTC module.
6. Familiarity with ASAP and Agile project methodologies.
7. Conduct detailed business process analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
8. Understand business workflows to design efficient solutions.
9. Proactively identify and propose system/process enhancements.
10. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
11. Provide ad-hoc training and user support.
12. Create functional specifications and communicate changes to technical teams.
13. Experience with SD organizational units, Fiori Apps, and CDS views.
14. Map client business requirements and design necessary product modifications.
15. Design, customize, configure, and test SD solutions; identify gaps and provide workarounds.
16. Troubleshoot issues and act as a client liaison.
17. Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
18. Work independently and mentor junior team members.
19. Familiarity with RICEFW objects, pricing routines, BADI, and BAPI implementations.
20. Conduct and document enhancement solutions and cross-functional impacts.
21. Work on enhancements from requirements gathering to implementation.
22. Experience in testing, go-live preparation, and hypercare support.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience in Construction or Manufacturing industry.
2. SAP HANA SD/CCM or Settlement Management certification.
3. Expertise in Settlement Management (Commissions & Rebates) integration with Finance.
4. Basic ABAP knowledge for Settlement Management programs, User Exits, Structures, CDS views, and CCM reports
