Description
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to support our mission of streamlining data operations, improving workflows, and solving healthcare delivery challenges. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow their technical skills in a healthcare setting. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop queries, analyze data, and support reporting needs using SQL, DAX, Python, Power BI, Epic, etc. EPIC experience is a strong plus with options for Certifications. Workflow Design, Business Process Automation, and use of AI are all strong skills. Some healthcare experience is a must at 6+ months with 2+ years desired.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
Assist in building and optimizing data models using DAX for Power BI and other reporting tools
Support data analysis efforts to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Document data workflows, queries, and reporting logic for transparency and reproducibility
Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies or reporting issues
Contribute to efforts aimed at consolidating and centralizing data processes across departments
Stay current with best practices in data analytics and healthcare data management
Help identify and implement opportunities for AI and automation
Required Skills
Proficiency in SQL for query development and optimization
Familiarity with DAX for Power BI or similar tools
Basic experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
6+ Months of Healthcare Data/Business Experience
? Nice to Have
Exposure to EPIC systems or healthcare data workflows- Clarity or Cogito
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline concepts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or development

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
