Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary resources for all phases of testing including unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, and automation testing.
- Conduct test planning and readiness review sessions to define overall test strategy and logistical requirements.
- Perform end-to-end testing of EAM MLR system features in an environment closely replicating Amtrak s production environment.
- Create and update test plans covering complete scope of testing, test readiness criteria, test entry/exit criteria, test environments, testing tools, test schedules, test team, and defect resolution management.
- Develop positive and negative test scenarios covering all technical, functional, non-functional requirements, use-case, business rules, business processes, reports, and data validation.
- Execute tests, manage defects using JIRA, and prepare comprehensive test reports.
- Support and coordinate all UAT efforts with company s stakeholders.
- Verify high-level functional areas of the application prior to UAT phases.
- Collect UAT test case execution results from testers and upload into JIRA.
- Establish UAT environment, provide UAT test data, and support testers, users, and stakeholders during UAT.
- Manage and maintain UAT defects, issues, enhancement requests, requirement clarifications, and user usability in JIRA.
