Compensation
Pay Range:$44.19-$63.14/Hrs

Description
Responsible for deploying and configuring monitoring solutions.
Maintain optimal performance and visibility into applications and infrastructure.
Ensure solutions provide maximum value to the customer.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Learn new skills and research solutions independently.
Support technical change management processes.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
Strong experience in creating and deploying monitoring solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Ability to work independently and reliably.
Experience with industry-standard service desk management solutions.
Experience with client build and management solutions.
Experience contributing to large corporate projects.
