Job Summary

Manage the overall design and development roadmap for Medline's Mpower solution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and operational needs. This position is responsible not only for for the execution of multiple related project workstreams but also for ensuring measurable business value, adoption, and continuous growth of the solution. This role involves managing the overall budget, prioritizing requirements, and providing advanced critical thinking to identify opportunities for program optimization. The Senior Program Manager will present the system's capabilities to customers, support the solution, and work with customers on issues or new requests. Additionally, the role requires understanding customer and Medline workflows, finding unique solutions to complex supply chain-related problems, and collaborating with executive leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption, value realization, and measurable business outcomes for the Digital Control Tower.
  • Own the overall design and development roadmap for Medline's Mpower solution based on customer requirements and operational needs.
  • Manage the overall budget and prioritize requirements.
  • Manage team resources appropriately
  • Provide advanced critical thinking to identify opportunities for program optimization.
  • Present the system's capabilities to customers.
  • Support the solution and work with customers on issues or new requests.
  • Understand customer and Medline workflows.
  • Find unique solutions to complex supply chain-related problems.
  • Collaborate and present to executive leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Customers, Medline Departments and technology teams without direct authority.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field required.
  • Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MIS) preferred.

Work Experience

  • At least 7 years of program management experience, with a proven track record of planning, managing, and developing strategic initiatives to successful goal completion.
  • Experience using business analytical skills.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • Experience developing strategic initiatives that align with business goals and budget.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$115,440.00 - $173,160.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
