IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user computing issues across multiple platforms including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android
• Install, configure, and maintain diverse hardware including computers, laptops, and mobile devices
• Configure and optimize various operating systems and applications for optimal performance
• Monitor and maintain server room environments to ensure system reliability
• Track and update hardware inventory to maintain accurate asset management records
• Follow IT service management processes for incidents, requests, and change management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related technical role
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple operating systems and platforms
• Experience with desktop, laptop, thin client hardware maintenance and cross-platform support
• Knowledge of Active Directory and group policy administration
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management practices and processes
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Proven ability to meet service level agreements and work effectively under pressure
• Salary range: 40-50K per year
