Program Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Program Manager to lead complex voice service programs across traditional POTS/VoIP, cloud-based mid-market offerings, and managed voice services for large enterprise customers. If you thrive in cross-functional environments and have a deep background in voice technologies, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end delivery of voice programs—from discovery through development, testing, and launch
• Translating product vision into detailed program plans, schedules, milestones, and risk tracking
• Facilitating weekly stakeholder meetings across product, sales, care, legal, finance, marketing, and more
• Managing deliverables and progress using Smartsheet and standard PM tools
• Defining scope, dependencies, budget impacts, and success criteria during discovery
• Presenting program updates to leadership and ensuring alignment across divisions
• Handling vendor relationships, purchase orders, and procurement coordination
• Collaborating with finance/accounting teams for budget tracking and invoicing
• Ensuring user stories are captured, development is coordinated, and testing is executed
• Operating in a Pseudo Agile environment and adapting plans as needed

What You Bring

• 10+ years of program/project management experience
• Strong background in landline voice, VoIP, hosted PBX, SIP trunking, or similar services
• Proven success managing large-scale, multi-site voice programs (thousands of lines preferred)
• Advanced Smartsheet skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Experience in PO/vendor management and finance collaboration
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence leading cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leadership
• Carrier/provider experience
• Familiarity with Pseudo Agile methodologies
