Job Description:

  • Responsible for oversight, implementation or operations of new and/or existing programs in a corporate environment.
  • Manage program deliverables with a constant focus towards continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that program delivers according to customer needs.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop and deliver change management strategies as needed.
  • Requires strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including both internal senior management and external business partners.
  • Effective project management skills are very beneficial.
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and experience in leading an effort that involved organizational change are required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a program management, project management or operations management role is required.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the subject matter expert for clients throughout the migration process, building strong relationships, understanding their unique needs, and managing expectations effectively.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive migration strategies, outlining timelines, resources, and potential risks. Translate high-level plans into actionable steps and oversee their execution.

Detailed Analysis & Problem Solving: Dive deep into the intricacies of existing systems, data, technology, product and customers, identifying potential roadblocks and developing innovative solutions to ensure data integrity and a smooth transition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively collaborate and communicate with product, technology, marketing, and sales teams to align migration efforts with overall business objectives.

Proactive Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.

Decisive Leadership: Demonstrate the courage to make timely and informed decisions, even in the face of ambiguity, to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with political savvy, effectively influencing and negotiating to achieve desired outcomes.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress against key milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for migration processes and potentially provide training to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex technical migration projects from initiation to completion under mandated timelines from the CEO.
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving intricate issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to delve into the fine details while maintaining a holistic view of the project.
