Role: Sr .Net Lead Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The role requires expertise in microservices architecture, strong SQL skills, and deep understanding of software design principles and patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-level .NET applications.
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with a clear understanding of concepts like service discovery, communication, scalability, and resiliency.
- Design efficient and scalable database structures using SQL Server.
- Implement Entity Framework for data access and ORM operations.
- Utilize behavioral design patterns such as Command Pattern, and follow best practices for application structuring.
- Ensure the use of interfaces and abstraction for flexible and testable code.
- Incorporate robust logging mechanisms and observability into applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
- Drive and enforce coding standards and peer reviews.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and guide best practices across the team.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, especially in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with .NET/.NET Core and C# development.
- Strong understanding and implementation experience of Microservices architecture.
- Proficiency with SQL Server including query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
- Experience with Entity Framework (EF Core preferred).
- Good grasp of design and behavioral patterns (especially Command Pattern).
- Strong foundation in OOP principles, interfaces, and abstraction.
- Experience implementing logging frameworks (Serilog, NLog, etc.).
- Domain knowledge in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Agile/Scrum team experience.
