Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RunOps Engineer to support and enhance the operational stability, automation, and resiliency of cloud and hybrid infrastructure. This role will focus on maintaining Day 0/1/2 automation, supporting BAU operations, and collaborating with Cloud, Platform and application teams to ensure reliable and efficient production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance Day 0/1 Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules and templates for cloud provisioning and deployment.
Support and improve Day 2 automation for operational tasks, including monitoring, patching, backup, and recovery.
Provide L2/L3 support for cloud infrastructure, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and PaaS services.
Collaborate with SRE and application teams to ensure operational readiness and resiliency engineering.
Implement and support observability and incident response tools (e.g., New Relic, PagerDuty).
Participate in incident triage, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Contribute to RunOps documentation, playbooks, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with monitoring and incident management tools (e.g., New Relic, PagerDuty, ServiceNow).
Working knowledge of IDP platforms and developer enablement tools.
Practical experience using GitHub Copilot for automation and code generation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator).
Exposure to AIOps platforms and automation frameworks.
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., insurance, finance).
