- 6+ years of technical Product Management / Product Owner experience ideally with BPM (Pega/Appian preferred).
- 12+ years of technical industry experience
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Understand technical documentation and communicate to business owners and users
- Experience with JIRA and creating and managing dashboards and product backlog
- Solid understanding of creating product roadmaps, setting targets, and adhering to deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills
