Hybrid contract - 3 days remote and 2 days onsite.

The ASPIRE Roadmap (ASPIRE Program) is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing the functional ERP roadmaps in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes and systems leveraging SAP s, industry and available clients best practices. Key responsibilities include:
- Design and optimize End to End SAP SD (Marketing Plan to Cash) processes.
- Conduct workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices.
- Translate business requirements into design specifications leveraging SAP SD and communicate across all levels of the business and IT partners for solution review, endorsement and delivery.
- Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the SAP SD solutions and ensure it works seamlessly along with our implementation partner
- Develop system features as per business requirements and create documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test planning and execution, etc.
- Work with the Global and local project teams, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Order to Cash offerings and SAP SD solutions including integration with other solutions such as: Model N, SFDC, SAP ATTP, SAP Hybris and others.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
- Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommendation to business partners.
- Deliver solutions that can be scaled globally and maximize value and minimize duplication of solutions.

Requirements:
This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with both business and technical teams. For this position, the ideal candidate brings the following qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in a global enterprise delivering ERP solutions as well as 2+ years of hands-on expertise working within SAP SD and associated modules MM/WM with a strong background in ERP application development, customizing and operation
- Possess in depth knowledge of master data, configuration, and transactions supporting order management, shipping and billing including integration to external systems.
- Thorough understanding of cross module dependencies (FI/CO, PP)Expert in design, build, and monitoring of SAP interfaces across multiple systems (iDoc, XML, Web Services, CIF integration, etc.)
- Minimum three full life cycle implementation experience from blue print to go live of which at least one project in a lead capacity. Strong business knowledge in the Pharma/Biotech industry and associated processes is desired. Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimum supervision
- Working experience in quality/compliance management and CSV within pharmaceutical, biotech, or related validated environment is highly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, self-motivated, result-oriented team player having a track record of timely, high-quality deliverables
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills; strong presentation and negotiation/conflict resolution skills Skills
