The Opportunity:
-CACI has is seeking a cleared Desktop Support Specialist to join our mission-driven Project Manager Mission Command SETA team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role offers the opportunity to provide direct IT support a team of seasoned staffing, technical, and program management professionals who thrive on supporting our client's mission and growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
-Coach and review work of lower level professions on the team
-Manage PM MC IMO processes and IT projects
-Image computers for new personnel or as part of life cycle replacements. Perform data transfer from old to new equipment.
-Provide hardware and software support for users remotely and onsite by means of a ticketing system, emails, phone calls, and walk-ups.
-Perform Information Management Officer (IMO) duties such as in/out-processing personnel and creating Help Desk tickets and software requests.
-Work closely with other IT teams, such as the Aberdeen Proving Ground Network Enterprise Center (APG NEC) and PEO C3T Headquarters in order to identify and resolve issues.
-Communicate with the organization about IT issues or future enhancements.
-Perform routine maintenance on peripheral devices by providing consumable materials for printers, plotters, and scanners.
-Resolve and remediate network outages or computer virmalware infections as needed.
-Provide IT support to conference and training room facilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must Have a Current and Active DoD Secret Clearance. No Waiver.
-CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
-Significant experience Windows 10 Helpdesk Support.
-Excellent Project Management/planning skills.
Desired:
-Associates or Bachelors Degree in IT-related field.
-Windows Desktop Certifications.
-CompTIA A+ and/or Network+.
