Job Details

Job Summary:
We're looking for a senior-level ETL/Data Warehouse Developer to support a critical Workday HCM migration project for a State of Virginia agency. This role focuses heavily on extracting and transforming data from legacy systems into Workday and building/maintaining robust data pipelines.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in ETL development (SSIS, Informatica, or Talend)

  • Strong SQL/T-SQL skills (stored procedures, query optimization)

  • Hands-on with data mapping, transformation, and validation

  • 3+ years of experience migrating data into Workday HCM

  • Experience working with data from legacy systems (e.g., Kronos, Cornerstone)

  • Experience with SSRS and SSAS for reporting and analysis

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Able to work onsite 2 3 days/week in Richmond, VA

  • Must be able to attend in-person interview (F2F)
