Description
We are seeking an experienced RPG Programmer to join our IT team and support our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM iSeries (AS/400) development and a deep understanding of retail business processes. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our ERP and POS systems, developing new applications, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms. Experience in the retail industry is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and end-users.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience supporting ERP systems in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory, sales, and customer data
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize legacy code
- Experience with CL, SQL, and DB2
